The triathlon couple in Boulder. Wait there are others? How about the triathlon couple in Boulder who also do cross-country ski races, are both 5'11", are both from Minnesota, both have multiple degrees in Chemical Engineering, have a one-eyed dog and an asthmatic cat. Is that unique enough?

Hey Amber, thanks for the advice. Today is a totally different story. I got a solid, painfree run and ride in. It's usually just the first day. But yes I agree, running usually helps, even when you feel like you're going to throw up.
Enough girl talk. You guys are doing IM Canada I (over)heard? Is that right? Carazay! I am still befriending myself with the fact that I will be doing one myself. Ha. I am free now to go on LONG rides, if you are still squeezing some in, let me know, I am game! Oh, and I added your guys' blog to my roster :-)
Loved the photo... BUT - a good reminder that rollerskiis don't have breaks. ALSO - when clearing obstacles - like cracks in the pavement - its not so much getting the FRONT wheels over, but the back ones. :)
Yep, I've crashed a few times while rollerskiing. Not so fun. :)
Thanks for the support!
